This multi-phase golf course lighting project at Al Hamra Golf Club in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE saw Halliday Lighting supply a new LED floodlighting system to improve the night golf experience for members and other players at this championship golf venue.

There were three objectives for this floodlighting project at Al Hamra Golf:
To meet these objectives, Halliday Lighting replaced 2.2kW floodlights with 1kW LED lights and re-used 100% of the existing electrical infrastructure. In doing so, energy savings of nearly 55% have been achieved compared to the old system, maintenance costs have been lowered and a better playing experience is available for all.
The club’s general manager at the time of completing phase one of the project said: “Halliday Lighting were selected on the merits of their expertise and experience in the lighting industry.
